COACH BRICE LITTLEPAGE
Coach Littlepage began as a practice player for the Women’s Basketball Team at UK in 2008. He remained a practice player for the Cats for three years while he studied Kinesiology and participated in UK’s Student Athletic Council. Littlepage was then hired as a graduate manager for UK’s Women’s Basketball Team in 2011 as he began pursing his Master’s in Sports Leadership. Littlepage is entering his 5th year with the team recording an overall record of 111-30 during this span. During the summer, Littlepage is involved in basketball camps at the high school level and college level where he has worked for both Coach Matthew Mitchell and Coach Calipari. Littlepage plans on pursing a coaching career at the college level, after receiving his Master’s in May of 2014.
Letter From Coach Littlepage
Dear Fans and Supporters,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our UK Club Basketball website and showing interest in the team. This year, the Executive Committee along with myself have put a lot of effort into making this a successful season for the newly established UK Club Basketball Team. We are excited about the players that chose to be apart of this team as we strive to insure that the club becomes successful and sustains that success. This club was created to give UK students the opportunity to participate in something that is more serious than pickup games at the Johnson Center. Our club is ran by students and played by students. We are about the students. I have been given the opportunity to serve these 20 students and teach them about the sport that I love. We have the chance to play in regional qualifiers and at the national level. Hopefully, as a club, we will be able work hard enough to make a name for the University of Kentucky as a Club Basketball Team. We’re here to make noise and make that noise loud. Feel free to contact me with any comments or questions.
Sincerely,
Coach Brice Littlepage
